Based on the finally confirmed design plan, the research and development and manufacturing of precision glass moulds were initiated. High-precision CNC machining technology was employed to ensure that the molds perfectly reproduce every curve and detail of the design. Subsequently, limited samples were blown using a small kiln, and after rigorous processes such as annealing and cooling, high-quality sample bottles suitable for practical testing were delivered, laying a solid foundation for large-scale production.
After the sample is finally confirmed, we immediately initiate the mass production process. Leveraging automated production lines and a standardized operating system, we ensure that every stage, from raw material melting and precision molding to annealing and cooling, strictly adheres to process specifications. Through comprehensive quality monitoring and batch testing, we efficiently deliver high-quality glass bottles with consistent quality that perfectly match the approved sample, fully supporting your market supply needs.
The frosted finish on glass bottles is achieved through either chemical etching or physical sandblasting, creating a fine, uniform matte texture on the surface. Chemical etching involves using a hydrofluoric acid solution to microscopically corrode the glass, resulting in a soft, satin-like effect. Physical sandblasting bombards the surface with high-speed abrasive particles to produce a delicate, granular texture. This process not only enhances grip and prevents slipping but also adds a layered, light-diffusing visual appeal. It is often combined with partial transparent designs to create striking artistic contrasts.
Frosted glass bottles are particularly common in the design of vodka bottles, such as Grey Goose vodka, and are often paired with screen printing technology to create clear, tactile brand logos and patterns.
The glass bottle spray painting process utilizes precision spraying technology to apply a highly adhesive, specialized coating to the bottle surface. An automated spraying line, combined with rotating fixtures, ensures uniform paint coverage on curved surfaces and edges. After low-temperature baking and curing, a durable coating with rich color and a smooth feel is formed. Screen printing is one of the main printing methods for glass bottles, which is particularly suitable for large-scale production needs due to its high efficiency and low cost advantages. This process can adapt to regular curved and flat surfaces, and can achieve stable and clear printing effects for both cylindrical and square bottle bodies. The decal is then manually and precisely applied to the bottle surface, after which heat is used to completely transfer the pattern and ensure its firm adhesion to the substrate. This method seamlessly combines the advantages of screen printing and offset printing on flat surfaces while overcoming the limitations of direct printing on curved objects. It not only achieves complex and delicate pattern effects but also perfectly adapts to various irregular bottle shapes, providing exceptional decorative quality for high-end or specially designed glass bottles.
The appeal of labels extends far beyond merely carrying graphics and text. By incorporating a variety of special finishing techniques, the label itself can become an exquisite work of art. Techniques such as foil stamping and embossing can create a luxurious texture, while embossing and debossing emphasize tactile depth. Additionally, spot UV printing can achieve glossy brilliance or matte frosted effects, all of which can be realized on a label.
The material of the label can also enhance the design impact, whether through metallic foil, cotton paper, or other specialty papers.
