Based on the preliminary creative consensus, designers will begin creating detailed 2D design drawings. This stage includes multi-angle views of the bottle body, ensuring design accuracy and feasibility. Simultaneously, designers will focus on label and decorative element design, combining your brand tone to create a unique visual identity system.
After confirming the 2D design, we will proceed to the 3D modeling stage. Using advanced CAD design software, we create high-precision 3D digital models. These models not only showcase the bottle's appearance but also contain complete structural parameters and other engineering data. You can rotate the design 360 degrees to evaluate the product's aesthetics and practicality from every angle.
Building on this, we will output complete engineering drawings and technical specifications, including all data required for mold design. This stage ensures the design is not only beautiful but also production-feasible and economical. Our engineers will conduct comprehensive technical reviews, optimize production processes, and prepare thoroughly for subsequent mold making and mass production.
To ensure perfect implementation of the design, we will create physical prototypes using high-precision 3D printing technology. Using resin materials, we produce 1:1 replicas of the design dimensions and form, allowing you to physically experience the bottle's actual grip and ergonomic design. This prototype stage is one of the key verification steps, enabling direct observation of the bottle's shape and dimensions.
