For most bottles, our MOQ is 5 Pallets (we recommend ordering at least 10 pallets for a 20ft container). For our stock bottles, MOQ is 1 pallet.

For example, for bottles smaller than 200ml, 5 pallets equal approximately 20,000 pieces; for 500ml bottles, 5 pallets equal approximately 9,000 pieces; for 700ml and 750ml bottles, 5 pallets equal approximately 6,000 pieces; the minimum order quantity for larger bottles is also 6000 pieces.

Why do we have a minimum order quantity:

As a glass bottle manufacturer in China, our production line requires mould changes each time we produce different bottle types. This mould change process takes approximately 30 minutes, and the first 100 bottles produced after the change are of unstable quality. Therefore, we must wait until the production stabilizes before obtaining qualified products, which increases costs. Additionally, shipping small quantities of bottles to other countries incurs high freight costs.

Yes, the unit price decreases as the order quantity increases. This is because fixed costs such as mold changeovers and machine adjustments can be allocated across more glass bottles. Continuous production reduces downtime and improves capacity utilization. Additionally, shipping via full-container-load (FCL) logistics costs less than less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments.

The price will be even lower if each bottle type is ordered in quantities exceeding two 40ft high containers per order.
